Before/After Care Program

The Evergreen Park SD 124 Extended Day Program is a service that provides before and after-school care to students in Kindergarten through eighth grade. The program provides a safe, enriching environment, with a warm and caring staff. Extended Day also offers a well-balanced daily schedule, which includes a nutritious snack, 30-45 minutes for homework/quiet reading, free play, and structured group activities. The program runs from 7:00 am - 8:20 am for before care and from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm for after school care. Participation in this program is optional.

Cost for the program is based on program type and pick up hour. Rates:

Registration Begins...
Only students registered in the Extended Day Program are eligible to attend before and/or after
school care.

August 1, 2023: Existing account holders may register student(s)
August 7, 2023: New families to the program may register student(s)

August 14, 2023: All families to the program may register student(s)

Note: Registration is recommended to be completed on a laptop, desktop or tablet, not using a cellular device. However, if using a cellular device, make sure to click on "Desktop Mode."

Then ...

Existing account holders: Enter your registered email address and password in the Returning Parents Sign In section.
Families new to the program: Click as directed in the New Parents Open Account section.

Next, click on the schedule type that best meets your needs. Instructions for registering will be displayed automatically; they can be re-displayed at any time during the registration process by clicking on Instructions for Online Registration, which is located in the upper left of all registration screens.

Important: Registration for the 2023-2024 school year will not be processed or approved for account holders with an Extended Day Program balance, until the balance is paid in full.
