Community Education Guide

The Community Education Program began in 2014 as a result of a goal in the District’s Strategic Plan to create stronger relationships with community partners. Classes and presentations of interest to the community are offered in the Spring and Fall. Through generous community donations from Little Company of Mary Hospital, Marquette Bank, Mariano’s, Meijer Foods, Home Depot, and Evergreen Park Fire Department many of these classes and presentations are offered with no charge to those attending.

Offerings vary and include but are not limited to hands-on cooking/craft classes, presentations regarding health/safety concerns, adult English classes, parent education classes, and technology classes. Classes are designed to reach all ages from young children to Senior Citizens.
