Evergreen Park School District 124 is in need of your assistance in referring highly qualified candidates for open positions. It is essential that we continue to build our name and reputation as the Evergreen Park Family by building our candidate pool with amazing individuals referred by you! You can help to create a strong community of educators to serve our school community!
Employee Referral Program Process:
Employees of EPSD124 are eligible to refer qualified candidates who, if hired, can result in a referral reward to be paid to the referring employee. The referring employee must complete an “Employee Referral” form for consideration and reward payment.
Who can make a referral for reward Pay?
All EPSD124 employees can participate in the referral program excluding Superintendent, District staff, Assistant Principals, Principals, Directors & Human Resource Staff.
What positions are eligible for this reward?
Any “certified” position that are Open and Posted on our Website including:
- Teachers
- Social workers
- Registered Nurses
- Speech Language Pathologist
- Paraprofessionals
How much is the Referral reward?
Once the hiring process is complete and the new employee has completed 60 calendar days of employment, reward payment will be provided to the referring employee based on the payment tier listed below.
***Important Note: Identified Hard to Fill positions will be determined by the Superintendent & Director of HR.
