There will be four openings on the Evergreen Park School District 124 Board of Education during the April 6, 2021, Consolidated General Election. Petition filing for school board candidates begins on Monday, Dec, 14, and runs through the following Monday, Dec. 21.

The Illinois Association of School Boards will present a webinar for board candidates at noon on Tuesday, Dec. 8, which will cover petition filing -- including how, when, and what to file; navigating the objection process; and best practices in a COVID-19 environment. The event will be streamed live on the IASB website and Facebook page.
