If you can not pick-up during these times, please arrange with your building principal for another time.

 

 

GUIDELINES

 
1. All parents and students must come in the front door of the school. Signs will be posted as to where to wait to access the building.  Everyone must practice social distancing by staying at least six feet apart at all times. Central Middle School students will be going in the building one at a time. Family members will wait outside.
 
2. If a member of your immediate family or you have been exposed to the Coronavirus or have symptoms of the Coronavirus within the last 14 days, please do not come to pick up materials.  You can contact your school’s principal to make arrangements to pick up materials at a later date.
 
3. Students need to have bags with them to collect their things, as bags will not be provided by the school.
 
4. Please bring school/classroom library books and paper copies of any completed work and place them in the designated bins at the school.
 
5. Students and parents entering the building must wear a face covering and gloves; if you do not have a face covering you will not be allowed in the school building. Disposable gloves will be provided in the school office. Everyone entering and exiting the building will need to use hand sanitizer that will be available at the school.
 
6. We will control the number of people in the building per the CDC guidelines.  Please do not bring any additional family members with you to pick up supplies.
 
7. Staff will be outside and inside the building to monitor the amount of people in each classroom.
 
8. Students should collect their things quickly and leave the building by using the designated door.  Students should follow the posted signs for exiting.
 
9. Parents should notify the principal prior to arrival if they have medication to pick up at the school.
 
10. Students at the elementary buildings will be assigned days/times by last names. Students at the middle school will be assigned according to their advisory. Please come only during your assigned window.  If you are not able to come at your assigned time please contact your school’s principal.

Lineamientos para recoger los materiales de los estudiantes del D124 

  1. Todos los padres y los alumnos deberán entrar por la puerta del frente de la escuela. Habrá letreros para indicar dónde esperar para entrar al edificio. Todos deben practicar el distanciamiento social guardando una distancia de al menos seis pies en todo momento. Los alumnos de Central Middle School entrarán al edificio de uno en uno. Los familiares esperarán afuera. 

  2. Si  un miembro cercano de su familia o usted han sido expuestos al Coronavirus o han tenido síntomas de  Coronavirus en los últimos 14 días, por favor, no vengan a recoger materiales. Pueden contactar a el/la directora(a) de su escuela para hacer arreglos y recogerlos en otra fecha. 

  3. Los alumnos deben llevar sus bolsas para guardar sus pertenencias, ya que la escuela no dará bolsas.

  4. Por favor traigan los libros de la biblioteca de la escuela/el salón y las copias de papel del trabajo que realizaron los estudiantes y colóquenlos en el contenedor asignado en la escuela.

  5. Los alumnos y padres de familia que entren al edificio deberán usar cubre bocas y guantes; si ustedes no traen cubre bocas, no se le permitirá la entrada al edificio escolar.  Los guantes se darán en la oficina escolar. Todos los que entren y salgan del edificio necesitarán usar desinfectante para las manos que estará disponible en la escuela.

  6. Nosotros controlaremos el número de personas en el edificio siguiendo los lineamientos de CDC. Por favor, no traiga a más familiares cuando vengan a recoger sus pertenencias. 

  7. Habrá personal fuera y dentro del edificio para monitorear la cantidad de gente en cada salón.

  8. Los alumnos deberán   recoger sus cosas rápidamente y salir del edificio usando la puerta asignada.   Los alumnos deberán seguir los letreros con indicaciones para salir. 

  9. Los padres de familia deberán notificar a el/la directora(a) antes de llegar a la escuela si tienen medicamentos que necesitan recoger en la escuela.

  10. Los alumnos en los edificios de las primarias tendrán el día/hora asignados por apellido. Los alumnos en la secundaria serán asignados según su consejería. Por favor, vengan solamente durante el periodo asignado. Si no pueden venir durante la hora asignada, por favor, contacten a su director(a) de la escuela.
