The students in Central Middle School’s Life Essentials program officially opened their “Café 111” coffee shop on Monday, April 1.

During advisory and at the beginning of the first three periods of the day, the students serve coffee, tea, hot cocoa, and water to staff members who stop in.

Led by Mrs. Christine Olson, the coffee shop doubles as a hands-on experience for the students, who have enjoyed the opportunity to learn new work-related skills.
