Mulchrone

Open to all CMS Students

The purpose of this nomination form is to acquaint the D124 Board of Education with a nominee’s activities, interests and commitment that would make him or her a worthy recipient of scholarship funds from the Judy Mulchrone Scholarship Program. A nominator may acquire the nominee’s information from the nominee directly or may nominate secretly based on the information known about the nominee.

The criteria for selection include a demonstrated commitment to intramural and interscholastic sports at Central Middle School, particularly volleyball; good sportsmanship; a dedication to academic study; good citizenship.

Self-nominations are acceptable. The deadline for submission is 5:00 p.m. on March 14, 2025.

NOTE: Students can apply for either the Judy Mulchrone Scholarship or to the BeEvergreen Board of Education Contribution Award, not both.
