Is there a project completion date?

Yes. Project Completion Date: Friday, August 9, 2024

Are there any plans or specifications we can obtain prior to the pre-bid?

THESE SPECIFICATIONS MUST BE MET OR EXCEEDED:

Integration with existing Salient Enterprise CCTV system
Cameras to be monitored by school staff during the school day
Cameras are accessible by police department in case of an emergency or law enforcement reason
Axis brand cameras must be supplied
A total of 29 Axis Cameras, all related materials, software, hardware, cabling, programming, installation, testing training and maintenance for one year
- Locations of 29 cameras to be determined at a later date
All connectors, ties, fittings, etc. included
Complete integration with existing system on Network Rack/Network Closet
Completion date of camera installation work is Friday, August 9, 2024

Building plans with installation locations will be available at the General Information Meeting/Walk-Through: Friday, March 22, 2024 4:00 PM. (Meet at Central Middle School, 9400 S. Sawyer Avenue, Evergreen Park, IL 60805)

The bid is specific to Axis cameras. Are you open to another solution?

The RFP is seeking to add cameras to our existing camera footprint and into our existing security platform. We use Axis cameras and the Salient Security Systems platform. We are not seeking to change our existing platform or run dual security platforms.
