Teaching-Learning survey emailed to families

District 124 is collaborating with the Center for Talent Development (CTD) at Northwestern University to continue to improve our practice for all students, and especially, for this work, those at the upper end of the academic spectrum. Part of this work involves collecting data from as many district families and educators as we can.

ALL District parents and guardians will should have recieved an email from [email protected]. The subject line will either be "Evergreen Park School District Parent Survey" or "Evergreen Park School District Educator Survey," depending on who is receiving the email. The survey will take between 10-15 minutes to complete and will be available until Oct 2.

The results will help the CTD staff to formulate questions for subsequent focus group meetings (tentatively planned for Oct. 25). If you do not receive this email today, please check your Spam folders for it.

Please note that this survey is different than the Climate Survey we administer each spring. We need to hear from EVERYBODY: this survey is available in Spanish as well as English, and it does not matter if your child is currently in Project TREE, EL, special education, regular education, kindergarten or eighth grade.

We are hoping to utilize the results of this survey to improve teaching and learning for ALL D124 students. More information regarding the District's work with CTD will be coming soon.

Thank you for your continued support of our school district!
