The Evergreen Park D124 Foundation welcomed Santa to town for a hot pancake breakfast on Dec. 15 at Central Middle School.
In addition to enjoying breakfast, families had a chance to meet with Santa and enjoy a wide variety of activities and craft stations. The event doubles as a fundraiser for the D124 Foundation, which raises and distributes charitable contributions to enhance the educational experience of students in District 124.
Foundation Co-Presidents Anne and Leo Cassidy, along with Foundation Board member Jeannie Olson, were the driving forces behind this event.
