Welcome to 2019-2020 Returning Student Registration for District 124

Returning Student Registration is back online! To enroll your child/children for the 2019-2020 school year, simply log into your Power enrollment account (powered previously by InfoSnap) and follow the easy on-screen prompts. All District 124 families are required to prove residency and pay school fees annually. We expect all families to take action and complete the online registration by May 31st, or as soon as possible once the enrollment period opens.

  • If your child/children WILL NOT be returning to District 124 for the 2019-2020 school year, immediately call the school secretary to begin the proper student transfer out paperwork.
  • If you have a child who will be starting school for the very first time and you have not previously registered, Click Here for more information

To begin the enrollment process, there are three (3) steps required to complete before a student can be placed into a classroom:

Student(s) who are in a D124 school during the 2018-19 school year, or student(s) who were pre-registered during Kindergarten registration, can enroll online NOW! Parents should have received an email or a letter with a SnapCode for each District 124 student that contains a personalized link to complete the online enrollment. If you did not receive an email, but did get a school letter, use the below link to begin the enrollment process for the 2019-2020 school year.

When logged in, verify that the contact information for your student is up-to date and make changes, as needed. Sign required district forms and pay annual fees. The opportunity to pay your fees online is optional, however, if you do make a payment be aware that the registration process is not complete until you establish residency pursuant to Board policy 7:60, Residency.

Change of Address: If your family has moved within the boundaries of a different D124 school, since the beginning of the preceding school year, parents are required to inform and provide the new address to the registrar before starting enrollment for your student(s). A Certificate of Residence (Appendix A) must be completed along with original proof of residency documents supplied.

In-District Transfer Request: Parents/Guardians who wish for their child to attend a District 124 school outside of their home boundary may submit a written request by August 12, 2019.  Requests for transfers are made each year and parents are responsible for transportation.
