How to Register

Any family who has not yet registered may begin their registration process online, but will still need to call (708) 423-0950 ext. 2145 to schedule an appointment.

Evergreen Park Elementary School District 124 is excited to announce an online registration process for the upcoming 2018-19 school year, powered by InfoSnap. The online registration is a secure and green process, which allows the district to verify all returning student demographic, emergency and medical information for each student prior to the start of the new school year.

Now, you will be able to use a home computer, personal laptop, smartphone and any form of tablet (such as an iPad), with internet access, to complete the registration process.  If you do not have access to the internet, you can make an appointment to use our computers at the Administrative Office located at 2929 W. 87th Street on the dates/times listed below to complete the process. The following registration dates are for returning students only, no new registrations will be taken during these times.

9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.

5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
