D124 2025 Special Olympics Highlights
On May 27, 2025, D124 held the second annual Special Olympics at the Evergreen Park Sports Complex. Special Olympics is a global sports movement to end discrimination against people with intellectual disabilities. Students from all five D124 schools participated. It was an amazing experience and a day full of celebrating each other, encouragement, and creating lasting connections. Thank you to everyone who was a part of this event from planning, coaching, cheering on athletes, and every little detail!
