Jim
Flanagan, President:
Mr. Flanagan has been on the Board since 2003 and has been President since 2005. He is in his first term which will expire in 2011. He serves on the Finance and Negotiation Committees. Mr. Flanagan is the President and owner of a local manufacturing company, Nuance Solutions.

Terry
MacDonald, Vice President:
Mr. MacDonald joined the School
Board in 2001, and has been Vice President since 2005. He is in his second
term which will expire in 2009. He currently serves on the Finance and
Negotiation Committees. Mr. MacDonald is a Sales Consultant for H. P.
Products, a facility supply distributor.

Joan Boss,
Secretary:
Mrs. Boss has been a Member of the Board of Education for School District 124 since 1997, serving as Secretary for the Board since 2003. Her current term will expire in 2011. Mrs. Boss has served on many Board Committees throughout the years and currently is serving on the Superintendent Evaluation Committee, the Student Discipline Committee and serves as the Board Representative for SCOPE. Mrs. Boss is a certified teacher employed in the Oak Lawn-Hometown School District.

Craig
Miller:
Mr. Miller was elected to the
Board in 2001 and 2005. His current term will expire in 2009. Mr. Miller
currently serves on the Facilities Committee. He is a local attorney in his
own firm.

Sue Ryan:
Mrs. Ryan was elected to the
Board in 2005 and currently serves on the Policy and Student Discipline
Committees. Mrs. Ryan is currently employed as a teacher assistant in the
AERO Special Education Cooperative.

Rick
Schultz:
Mr. Schultz has served on the
Board since 1997. He served as Board Vice President from 2003-2005.
Currently, Mr. Schultz serves as the Board Representative for the AERO
Special Education Cooperative. In addition to serving as the AERO
representative, Mr. Schultz also serves as the Board representative on the
Policy Committee and the Superintendent Evaluation Committee. Mr. Schultz
is in his third term which expires in 2009. Mr. Schultz is a certified
teacher in the New Lenox School District.

Kathleen Rohan:
Mrs. Rohan has been a Member of the Board of Educaiton since 2007. Her current term will expire in 2011. She is currently the Co-chairperson of the Facilities Committee and is serving on the Negotiations Committee. Mrs. Rohan works in Labor & Delivery at Little Company of Mary Hospital.
